Delight in a tasting session featuring their exquisite wines, including the crisp and aromatic Feteasca Regala, the rich and complex Feteasca Neagra, and the fruity Babeasca Neagra.

Pandora Winery Tour and Tasting - Travel Time: Approximately 30 minutes - Activity Time: 2hours
Explore Pandora Winery.This winery seamlessly blends tradition with modern techniques. During your visit, you will explore their vineyards and innovative cellars. Enjoy tasting their notable wines such as the delicate Feteasca Alba, the robust Feteasca Neagra, and the fragrant Tamaioasa Romaneasca.

Evening: Dinner and Overnight Stay
In the evening, settle into Cotesti for dinner and an overnight stay. Our recommendation is Hotel Restaurant Cerdac where you can serve traditional dishes from the area, such as Bucovina soup with forest mushrooms, mamaliga (polenta), and Papanasi (sweet cheese donuts served with local berry jam), all paired with local wines.

Day 2

Crama Girboiu and Domeniile Panciu Wineries


Morning: Departure to Crama Girboiu Winery - Travel Time: Approximately 30 min
Start your day heading towards Crama Girboiu Winery. Enjoy the picturesque landscapes as you travel through the land of Vrancea.

Late Morning: Crama Girboiu Winery Tour and Tasting - Activity Time: 2 hours
Arrive at Crama Girboiu Winery, set in the heart of the Cotesti vineyard region, known for its innovative approach to winemaking and dedication to quality. Here, you will enjoy a guided tour and a wine tasting session featuring unique varieties like the floral and citrusy Sarba, the fresh and zesty Plavaie, and the full-bodied Feteasca Neagra.

Afternoon: Visit Domeniile Panciu Winery - Travel Time: Approximately 1 hour - Activity Time: 2-3 hours
Known for its exquisite sparkling wines and traditional Romanian varieties, Domeniile Panciu Winery offers an in-depth look at its production processes. Savor a range of wines including the Babeasca Neagra, the crisp and fresh Feteasca Alba, and the complex Feteasca Neagra, as well as their selection of premium sparkling wines.

After you have finished your visit to the winery, you can relax with a glass of sparkling wine on the terrace of the wonderful tourist complex of Domeniile Panciu, and then serve a very tasty meal in the restaurant of the winery. We suggest you don't miss the Moldavian tochitura (pork stew) and the smoked trout, of course accompanied by Domeniile Panciu wines.

Day 3

Neamt Fortress an Palace of Culture


Morning: Departure to Nemt Fortress - Travel Time: Approximately 2.5 hours
Embark on a journey to Neamț Fortress, a drive of approximately through the picturesque landscapes of Romania.

Late Morning: Neamt Fortress - Activity Time: 2 hours
The fortress, perched on a hilltop, offers a commanding view of the surrounding countryside. Built in the 14th century, it has withstood numerous sieges and is a symbol of Moldavian resistance and resilience. Upon arrival, spend around 2 hours exploring the well-preserved fortress, walking through its ancient corridors, and learning about its strategic importance and storied past. The panoramic views from the fortress are breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for photos and a deeper appreciation of the region's history.

After visiting Neamt Fortress, enjoy a leisurely lunch at a nearby traditional restaurant, sampling local dishes like ciorba de burta (tripe soup) and mamaliga cu brânză și smantana (polenta with cheese and sour cream).

Afternoon: Continue your journey to Iasi - Travel Time: Approximately 1.5 hours

Upon arrival in Iasi, visit the Palace of Culture, an architectural masterpiece that is home to four museums: the Museum of Art, the Museum of Moldavian History, the Museum of Ethnography, and the Museum of Science and Technology. Spend about 2-3 hours exploring the grand halls and diverse exhibits, each offering unique insights into the region's rich cultural heritage. The neo-Gothic architecture of the palace is stunning, with intricate details and impressive interiors that captivate visitors.


In the evening, enjoy a memorable dinner at Bolta Rece, one of the oldest and most famous traditional restaurants in Iași. Savor authentic Moldovan cuisine, such as tochitură (pork stew) and papanași (fried doughnuts with sour cream and jam), paired with a selection of local wines.
