Girboiu Winery is a family estate in the Cotesti vineyard of Vrancea, one of Moldova's most important wine-growing areas. Combining family tradition with modern winemaking, the estate has established itself as one of Romania's highly regarded contemporary producers.

Across more than 250 hectares of vineyards, Girboiu cultivates international grapes alongside Romanian varieties such as Sarba, Plavaie and Feteasca Neagra. The naturally fresh character of Cotesti also provides excellent conditions for sparkling wines, which have become an important part of the winery's identity.
