Villa Vinea

Villa Vinea is a Transylvanian wine estate located in the Tarnave vineyard area, near Targu Mures. The story began in 2004, when Heiner Oberrauch discovered the rolling hills above the Tarnava Mica valley and saw their potential for distinctive, cool-climate wines.

The estate combines local and international grape varieties with a strong focus on freshness, minerality and precision. The elevated Transylvanian landscape, moderate climate and long growing season give the wines a naturally elegant and vibrant character.

Villa Vinea's identity has also been shaped by the collaboration between Italian and Romanian winemaking traditions, bringing together international experience and an intimate knowledge of the vineyards of Tarnave.
